Delivery And Returns
We will send each order to the address indicated by the customer:
- To Europe within a period of between 7 and 10 working days, from the day of validation of the order.
- For the other continents, the times are likely to vary between 2 and 3 working weeks, depending on the destination more or less distant from the customer, also, from the day of validation of the order.
In this context, our responsible delivery partners (non-exhaustive list): La Poste, Vectorys, dhl, Fedex, Rapid Post, Chrono-post, Point relais.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is given to the package containing fragile products.
Exchange / Return:
Goods always travel at your own risk. You must check the good condition of the goods upon arrival of the package and you have a period of 14 days to return one or more item (s). If, following an error on our part, our customer service would contact you to inform and you will be reimbursed.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we undertake to exchange or reimburse you for the product (s) in question according to the following cumulative conditions:
- You have a period of 14 days to return one or more item (s) from the date of receipt of your package.
- the articles concerned must be returned in their original packaging, intact, not soiled, without trace of use and accompanied by any instructions for use. The return costs will be at our expense.
- The initial delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are placed by one of our delivery services listed on Wininda.com. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. Wininda can provide the buyer with a tracking number for their package by email. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. In the absence of the buyer, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. Transport risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the company Wininda. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their content on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
All the products supplied by the company Wininda benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to the company Wininda which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by post within thirty days of delivery.
Wininda, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break in service, or other involuntary problems.
All elements of the Wininda.com site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company Wininda. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.
Wininda is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. He can make the request at any time by post or by E-mail.
Settlement of disputes
These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Paris.
